Many small businesses know the need to get online, and not just an informational website. They know that there is chance for expansion, marketing and better quality customer service available online. The problem is that is not their specialty. In an effort to help local small businesses expand their reach without ruining their budgets, non profit Discovery World asked me to develop and lead a three day intensive course to get local small business owners off the ground into electronic commerce. We covered everything including: Google Adwords, Twitter, E-mail Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Supply Chain Management and Social Media Customer Service. It so successful that the program was laucnhed again within 60 days.
